"The staff was exceptionally kind and patient with me while I was being both picky (wanted to change my room because the air conditioner was noisy) and when I was just stupid (locked myself out of my room...). In both cases she was immediately helpful and cheerful - no questions asked. So nice to have service like this nowadays. "
