"Property looks like it could use sprucing up. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Adequate shower & bathroom amenities. AC worked well, but the air was humid. I had to put on the heat for a while to dry things up. I had a 2 night reservation; they didn’t clean the room in between. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Our stay was adequate. Although the room smelled clean when we arrived, there was a musty smell every time the HVAC was running. Our breakfast experience wasn't good, they ran out of oats, bagels and some other food items during breakfast time and never replaced them for the next day. We will unfortunately not go back to this Best Western again."

"The staff were super helpful when we checked in. We noticed a few issues with the room. There were still crumbs on the counters, one sink drained very slowly and one bed was missing the fitted sheet. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and another set of towels as we had 4 in our party and only had 3 sets. When I asked the staff for the fitted sheet they were helpful and apologetic. Housekeeping offered to come up immediately but it wasn't necessary. The pool was very nice and well...
