"Nice beach view on back porch. Very nice furniture and bedding. Decently stocked kitchen. Awesome bathrooms. "

"This was a perfect stay for my family! We all enjoyed the place with nearby beach to drive in the gulf cart rental. "

"This room was very outdated, old furnishings. Beds were uncomfortable, squeaked every move you made. Definitely needs a remodel. Don’t recommend building 4 at all. Building 5 is the only one that looks reasonably decent."

"Great place! We enjoyed our time here and the location was perfect for Sandfest! We cant wait to stay here in the future! Floors in rooms could have been a little cleaner, but overall, it was great."

"Pros: Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping. Comfy bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was nice to have a fenced in yard for the pups. Cons: Shower went from freezing to burning hot on 10 seconds. No specific parking so had to do street parking in front on home. "

"The location of this property is great! Easy access to the beach and good size private pool and hot tub. Amenities within the condo were good. The condo itself is a good size with a comfortable living room and larger balcony. Might be a personal preference but bed was too soft and a bit sunken in. Sofa beds weren’t really comfortable for adults. Owners were responsive regarding logistics and checking in. "

"The house was very clean!!! And had the room we needed. It will sleep a max of 5 +1 on the couch perfectly and was perfect for us 2 couples. The beds were comfy! Extra towels and washcloths would be appreciated, as we had one of each per person for 4 days. I learned I need to read the property description better! I missed that there was not an ice maker or a dishwasher in the description. The Keurig needs to be replaced. My husband figured out we had to hold the handle down and click through a...

"Very accommodating, the room included necessary items for the amenities it provides, huge clean pool, beach access, lots of towels. The only thing i noticed was a good amount of hair left in the shower from previous guest but I would still stay and recommend the property, just maybe something to think about when cleaning. "
