"Showed up late to the hotel with a late arriving flight and there was no greeting at all from the staff member. Just two words. "Checking in?" Pretty good guess with our luggage and backpacks. She asked for my credit card and id, handed it back with room keys and just said, "9th floor, elevator to your right." Being that we were tired and checking in late it wasn't until the next morning that I noticed multiple hairs in the shower and literal snot boogers on the walls. We only had two nights...

"The room was absolutely beautiful!! All you need for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will 100% book again in the future, already told my family and friends about this place!!"

"Good rates. Clean. Nice to have restaurant on premises. `````````````````````````````````````` Not enough staff to help elderly guests pushing carts to rooms at far end of complex. Toilets very small and low. No Safety bars on bathtubs. Need to think of older demograpghics which is growing. Since car theft is a big issue. Gates at parking lot entrances would give a better feeling of security."

"It was a nice surprise, a chique hotel in a good spot with a 5 minute walk to either Old Montreal or Downtown Montreal, I would say perfect if you are undecided between staying downtown or close to the old port."

"Hotel Le Coach was a fantastic stay. It is a perfect, central location to all of the main neighborhoods in Montreal (Old Montreal, Le Plateau, The Village, Latin Quarter, etc). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Staff stays on site until 11pm if you have any issues. I would stay at Hotel le Coach again when returning to Montreal."

"The room was a little claustrophobic. Smallest room i have ever stayed in, in America. No balcony, the windows did not open. The view was a bunch of air conditioners and mechanical stuff. The room was so small there was no room for a nightstand on one side of the bed. The room was right next to the elevator so was noisy and busy. I think when you book package deals (Flight and hotel) on expedia, they give you the worst rooms possible. Won't be doing that again."
