"I’ve never had a better, more thoughtful stay than at this hotel. Everyone was gentle, kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was incredible- from the egg station(s), the amazing spread of exotic fruits, the Indonesian breakfast options, the pastries, yoghurts, and on. The pools and the grounds were immaculate. The spa was magnificent and the Four Hands massage was the best massage I’ve ever had. We were so sorry to leave."

"I booked a room with lounge access. It was our lucky day at check in, they upgraded us into an extremely large one bedroom suite with balcony, 2214. Very nice service and all staff are superbly friendly. Surprisingly no mosquito in the entire hotel."
