"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. "When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...

"Large facility, beware you might not be in the complex with the large pool and need to drive over which makes for a cold wet drive back. Slightly dated, slightly overpriced and they did not take care of their property fast enough in snow (think 10am ice skating and the entrance to the area was not shoveled.) Bring your own sled!"
