"Worst vacation ever. Most of the hotel staff acted like it was an inconvenience whenever you asked for something. The food was horrible. It is suppose to be ALL INCLUSIVE but on the dinner menu you were charged $78 for steak and lobster. We had to ask for towels 3 out of the 4 days. They were doing construction on the back of the building. So, while you are in the pool you hear a jack hammer. The activities were limited. Nightly entertainment was horrible.
