"First of all, I paid extra for ocean view, the receptionist gave me a garden view. We went back to the front desk to let them know I did not get ocean view, Marjorie the receptionist moved us to a better room that shows ocean.. however, THE AC was not working, the place is dirty.
We went back to the first room they gave us, garden view. DIRTY, they don’t offer house cleaning. We stayed there for 7 nights, we had to practically beg for some towels and toilet papers.
Giant cockroaches appeared...

"To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay."
