"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"The rooms are very outdated and carpet is all stained they dont offer room service i stayed for 2 weeks it was the worst we seen 2 roaches in the room and you share the hotel the people living there so good luck trying to use the elevator the nights your trying to go out"

"Room looked like a jail cell. Towels were so over used they were like sandpaper. Turned the shower on and the knob wouldn’t stay up and turn cold. Staff very rude and very unhelpful. No parking on site only cash. Area of the city not great. Not like the photos at all. Would never recommend anyone staying here. Ended up being there only 2/6 nights after the staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen. Wouldnt look at me when I went down to ask about the shower and told me it’s fine and shooed me...

"The property is so beautiful. I loved our stay. We stayed with 2 kids and it felt like home for us. Loved how accessible it is to beach. Not just beach but also to ala wai walking trail. With free parking this is a jackpot. So wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"I feel that the security deposit for this hotel is quite high, especially since our room did not include basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. I hope this can be reviewed and improved for future guests."

"The kitchen was great to have, minus 2 cockroaches! No scissors, can opener (soups, canned goods)etc…towels never smelt good. Could never get a good dish with the soap provided??? Having the big bottles of “HAWAII” brand for the shower &Sink was great! Front desk staff were very helpful when needed."
