"My parents (both over 65 yrs old) car broke down and needed to stay for the night at check in their guest clerk was excellent. Help them with everything they needed to know for the night. When it was time to check out hotel clerk made them a little goodie bag for the road. I work for Hyatt and I tell you. You don’t need to go to a big 5 start hotel to get great service. "

"This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It is very clean, staff are helpful, my accessible room was close to exit. Some hallway noise, but very quiet from outside. Dog welcoming. Breakfast has good variety. Easy access to freeway. Lots of close restaurants. I would recommend."

"I was looking for an extended stay sort of situation while I prepare the house I bought there for occupancy. This is one of the cheapest options available in DT St. Louis. It is not fancy, but decent. Comfortable bed and good shower. The owners are nice and take care of any issues that arise. I sometimes prefer places like this without pretension."

"This was an absolute dream for us!! We were in town for the Cardinals game and stumbled upon this hotel via Expedia. It is definitely a 10/10 🙌My husband is a cigar smoker so the cigar bar was a VERY pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was on point, the staff was awesome - shout out to Dave the bartender on the 4th floor.
