"My mom and sister in law stayed at this hotel And they absolutely loved it. It was in the middle of the everything. Walking distance to food places and shops. Staff were nice and accommodating however they are strict with check in times. They got there at 10am and were not able to check in until 3pm. The pool and other amenities were fine, breakfast was good, and over all stay is good."

"Air conditioner can not cool the room. The room was always humid during our stay, maybe because of raining days. Foods were good in all the restaurants."

The staff were especially attentive and so helpful and the food, especially the buffet breakfast, was the best we have ever seen in our many travels. There are a lot of activities you can do if you are inclined, there is a top notch gym in the forest, a tennis court, and having the spa onsite was also a bonus too. We would love to go back again and it was genuinely sad to be leaving."
