"sehr schöne Anlage. Wunderbarer Garten. Tolle Zimmer. Schöner Pool. Jedoch leider absolut unzureichender Service beziehungsweise gar kein Service. Schade mit etwas besseren Management könnte man ein richtig gutes Hotel daraus machen. So ist es leider kein passendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und leider Stören auch sehr viele Touristen, die Ruhe im Hotel."

"位置便利，步行至夜巿15分。 房間有河景，可惜隔音差 會聽到鄰房的談話聲 。 潔靜程度一般，設施保養一般，酒店保安赤腳睡在閣樓的梳化上？？ 有一個小型無邊際泳池，只有2張沙灘只夠5人以內使用。 是一間新型有潛力的酒店，希望可以小細節有多啲改善。"

"위치도 너무 좋고, 친절하고, 깨끗하고, 조식도 너무 맛있었어요. 대만족입니다! 자오 호텔에 대한 정보가 많이 없어서 사실 처음엔 좀 불안했어요. 그런데 같이 간 가족들이 숙소를 너무 잘 선정했다고 좋아하더라구요. 첫째, 사장님 포함 직원분들 너무 친절하세요. 영어도 잘하시고 항상 밝게 맞아주시고, 뭐라도 하나 더 챙겨주시려고 해요. 덕분에 일정에 없던 선셋타운 투어도 한번 했구요. 마지막엔 택시가 다른 곳에 도착해서 도움도 한번 받았습니다. 다른 직원분들도 손님들에게 진심이에요! 둘째, 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 선셋타운이 언덕으로 되어 있어서 위쪽에 숙소를 잡으면 너무 힘들뻔 했어요. 자오 호텔은 바닷가쪽이라 케이블카, 야시장, 키스브릿지 등등 어디든 힘들지 않게 걸어갈 수 있어요. 호텔 앞 거리도 너무 예뻐요. 유럽에 있는 느낌을 받을 수 있습니다. 셋째, 조식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 7명 대가족이 움직이다 보니까 부모님도 계시고, 아이들도 있어서 숙소 예약하기전에 조식이...

The beach and sea were lovely, and it was easy to get transport to various parts of the island to explore more widely. "

Der kunne godt være et ønske om flere solsenge i solen på stranden, da størstedelen er dækket af palmerne, men fint alternativ med brug af sandsækkene. You are completely immersed in nature here and the accommodations blend seamlessly into the surrounds. We had 2 different accommodation types, the first 4 nights in one of the Superior Garden View Rammed Earth Bungalows and the last in one of the Superior Sea View Veranda Rooms. "Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....
