"The staff are very kind and always willing to help. Even though they don’t speak the language, they really try their best to assist guests, which is truly appreciated and was the best part of the stay.
Unfortunately, the bungalow experience was very disappointing. The bed had a bad smell, there were insects, spider webs on the ceiling, and the bathroom smelled awful, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
It’s a shame, because the human treatment is excellent, but cleanliness and maintenance...
