"The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience."

"La Festa has a wonderful location, where all the happenings in Sunset Town centred around the hotel. Everything is walking distance and there was barely a need to take transport to go to the popular tourist locations. Staff are attentive and the breakfast spread is to die for! "This is a lovely resort with a nice swimming pool and a beautiful beach. We stayed in a two-bed room, which was spacious and well furnished. The balcony chairs were very comfortable and made the sea view even more enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and the dining area offered plenty of seating options. "We had problems with no shower in a deluxe room and the breakfast was very limited and refreshed often and most warm or cold. A lovely lady at reception called Mia tried so hard to help make our stay enjoyable and without her help we would have checked out early! Thank you Mia. "

"This was a hidden gem. The breakfast buffet with the stay is amazing. Eggs to order and lots of good food. The room had a fantastic view. The staff were remarkable. Front desk lady was beyond accomodating. They even gave me an electric fan to use for the room to help me sleep. Massages were top notch at the spa! The beach was clean and very nice with great lounge chairs. I personally prefered the resort beach more than Sao Beach which was heavily polluted. I highly recommend this...
