"The staff was very nice upon arrival and hotel was nice. There was a mishap with our r9om but the owner was kind enough to fix the problem immediately. The location is great! The beach is directly across the street and you can walk to the street market in less than 5 minutes. Most restaurants are within walking distance. Although it's a new hitel on Expedia, it was a good choice. The owner is extremely nice and professional. "

"What stood out most was how caring and helpful the entire team was when I arrived very sick from food poisoning the night prior.
My previous place at the hostel could not accommodate a 30min or 1 hour late check out, so I arrived at Kalia hotel at 12pm and they arranged for me to have a bed right away, for this i will always be grateful 🙏 as I was sick in bed for the entire stay , I did not get to explore outside of my room but The room was exactly as described , but with a lot of love. "
