"Exquisite resort! Honestly 0 faults. Excellent service, clean, and beautiful. The pool is excellent. Plenty of chairs. Though the ones around the pool fill up, the beach has plenty with great natural palm tree shade steps away from either the pool or ocean. Food was really yummy and had a nice variety. They had a BBQ on the beach one night with great entertainment. Sunsets are incredible. Location is close to the airport but not noisy. We even had a “hill view” room facing the road but the trees...

"The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience."

"This is a lovely resort with a nice swimming pool and a beautiful beach. We stayed in a two-bed room, which was spacious and well furnished. The balcony chairs were very comfortable and made the sea view even more enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and the dining area offered plenty of seating options. "This was a hidden gem. The breakfast buffet with the stay is amazing. Eggs to order and lots of good food. The room had a fantastic view. The staff were remarkable. Front desk lady was beyond accomodating. They even gave me an electric fan to use for the room to help me sleep. Massages were top notch at the spa! The beach was clean and very nice with great lounge chairs. I personally prefered the resort beach more than Sao Beach which was heavily polluted. I highly recommend this...

"More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards...
