"This hotel is located in a small deserted island connected to Phu quoc by a cablecar working only from 8 am till 5pm. The hotel has no restaurant, same for the island: no restaurants, so no way to have a meal after 5 pm!! You cannot sell rooms in this hotel.!!"

"Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. The hotel is located away from the busy street and venues and was well insulated for a good sleep. Our room was clean, nicely decorated with a sunset/partial ocean view. "

"What an amazing complex with beautiful surroundings and a wide range of activities. However, there are also some downsides. The distances within the resort and the reliance on buggy service can be a bit stressful, as it often involves waiting and can be time-consuming. The spa is a wonderful place, very relaxing and comfortable. The service is excellent, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended. "事前に送迎を頼んでおいたが、来ておらず。タクシーでホテルへ行くも、ホテルが見当たらず、何故か他の名前の場所で待たされる事30分。チェックインは更に他の場所へ移動して（この場所が判りずらい）のLINE指示でのチェックイン。シャワーは暖かくならないし、LINEで問い合わせてもすぐに返事は来ず。結構高台にあるので徒歩での移動は階段の上り下りがきついです。"

"Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

"Great stay overall! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony view was amazing — perfect for watching the sunset and even the fireworks at night. The host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc."

"La Festa has a wonderful location, where all the happenings in Sunset Town centred around the hotel. Everything is walking distance and there was barely a need to take transport to go to the popular tourist locations. Staff are attentive and the breakfast spread is to die for! As the property is vast, it is good for both families and those that would like a quiet holiday. "

"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

"We stayed for one night. Amazing night with a very helpful host. We check in at 1pm ( eventho standard check in time is 2pm). Clean and well prepared apartment. The view for the apartment was superb. Can see firework at 9.30 shows. "
