"When we arrived at the location that apartment was dirty. Ned’s were slept in trash everywhere on the floor of the bedroom. Bathroom barrel had used tampons, blood on the shower mat and blood on a pillow. We arrived at 11:30pm so had trouble reaching contact. Did reach Evolve and they couldn’t get anyone to come clean.
