"It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar. "

The staff was good at keeping us updated on our room status and gave us a breakfast voucher but had we known the wait would be so long, we would’ve left our bags and wandered around. "this hotel location is not in a clean area of the city. It’s very small the hallways are so narrow. You can’t pass by another individual. You have to wait until they walk past you. They’re supposed free snacks are very cheesy and doesn’t make the hotel any special. The staff was very unfriendly and when I wanted to go somewhere else, they proceeded to not give me my money back."

"We had an amazing stay at Millennium Hilton! Our room had a stunning view of all the iconic skyscrapers in NYC. Staff were friendly and welcoming, from cleaning staff to front reception and concierge. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Free water fillings tations with cold, good tasting water were a bonus. Also, enjoyed the $38 food/drink credit you could use daily. Overall, a wonderful experience we would definitley recommend to friends."

Rooftop bar has great views, but would be nicer if hotel guests could use it as a general space to relax rather than just as a bar. "
