"Clean room and perfect parking"

"The hotel was clean. The room was spotless. Comfortable bed! The negative was the area around the hotel. We didn’t feel safe walking at night."

"The receptionist was very friendly but the cleaning has been terrible since I arrived, the bathroom was covered in hair from the other clients and in the 5 days I stayed there. They didn't clean the room even for a day so it was terrible for me."

"Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel."

"This was a much cheaper option than staying at the Shore. I stayed here so I could walk to a Springsteen performance. The front desk staff were quite helpful, but otherwise the place was kind of sad. Breakfast was weak coffee, dried up scrambled eggs, and one type of sweet roll. It is fine if you don’t want to pay for other options. But if you have other options in same price range, consider them."

"Parking is minimal. The lot is strangely shaped and small. Our room had a dip in the floor. The inside of the shower had brown stains in it. The toilet needed more than usual pressure to flush. The sink drained slowly. Carpet was dirty. I've stayed in Best Westerns in a few states and this was not a good one"

"Crystal Inn is a budget bargain and I love staying here! It's quiet, convenient and the other guests are polite and helpful. The front desk is always available to provide amenities and suggestions. I had to leave early due to an unexpected travel change and they refunded my last day, no questions asked! I was so impressed. This small, privately owned motel is my go to when I need to get work done but also be close to all that Monmouth County, NJ offers."
