"Mattress was extremely soft. It took 15 minutes for water to become warm in shower. Towel rack by sink fell off. Lot of noise from street on weekend. TV selections were excellent. Staff very courteous. Location fine. Outside decorating made hotel stand out. "

"My stay at Royalton Park Avenue was disappointing and nowhere near a 5-star experience. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and inattentive — no help with luggage or even basic courtesy like opening the door. A simple request for a shower cap took nearly 5 hours. The room was spacious, but that’s the only positive. Overall, it felt like a 3-star hotel and not worth the price. "
