"Great that it’s across the street from the beach. Plants on their front porches need some TLC and clean up around the floor where they sit. Old hotel with thin walls and floors, could hear everything on the floor above us. Otherwise, nicely decorated, clean bathroom. I would stay again, but on the top floor."

"We've asked for room cleaning 3 times but it didn't get clean. Otherwise stay is very comfortable."

"It was more like a motel than a hotel. NO SERVICEs. Just an ice machine in the basement. And drinks and snacks for sale at the front desk. Very tight rooms. Good for one night for one person but multiple nights for a couple not so good. Breakfast was very basic. I would recommend the Hilton for a couple staying multiple nights. It’s worth the extra money"

"Overall, it was a good, solid place to stay for more than a week. Laid back, and staff that didn't bother you. Nice location, right on the water. No coffee machine in the office nor in the room, so visit Dave at Ma's across the street for a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast. A little further down is a 7-11. Avoid Boathouse401 at all costs. They call cops at the drop of a hat. "

"Safe Comfortable. Clean. The bed is the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on ,amongst 2 dozen different motels. Even the "Hilton" doesn't compare. Just all around lovely. & Joe's A nice guy. "

"Had an excellent stay; missed only a table/chair for Internet use in the room (WiFi worked well). Everything was comfortable, in good condition, and the location was quiite convenient for the family wedding at The Mill."

"Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome ."

"Better bathroom lighting so one can do makeup or shave. Please invest in soap dishes for the bar of soap provided. Using it then lplacing it dripping on thecardboard box it came in is gross."
