"Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!"

"I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. "The short review is that the accommodations aren't worth the price, in my opinion. I've stayed in hotels with better amenities for closer to $100, but paid over $250 for our stay. The long review: PROS -Good view of the ocean. This is probably the best part of the hotel, and it's across the street from the walking path along the beach. "We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."
