"I had a great experience at Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown—this was actually our second stay here, and it did not disappoint. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and maintenance was very attentive when needed. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated that they held our bags in a secure, locked room after checkout. The area is quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The Staff was very friendly. We did not have a fridge in our room and asked front desk if they could keep an item we bought cold overnight until we left the next day. They told us they could bring a fridge to our room and within 30 minutes or less we had the fridge. Hotel was very clean and security was available to ensure all guest were safe. After the end of our one night stay, my son and I wanted to go on a ferry around the New York coast to see the statue of liberty. The tour ended at one so it meant we could only get back to check out at one thirty, and the staff did not charge us extra.
