"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Luxurious and beautiful. Incredible dining options. We loved unique bar for cocktails and shisha, and honzen for dinner. The staff is so friendly and attentive. We loved being able to jump into the water off the over water deck. The pool is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!! We wish we stayed more than one night. Beds are good quality. Balcony has good view as mentioned. Wi-Fi: Average - Not very fast but reasonable Food: - They have very good restaurant, we tried dinner, which was pretty good. - Fellas Pizza(right opp. the gates of the hotel) and a few Warung restaurants are nearby, which are very good as well. Services/staff : - Overall staff is very curteous and helpful. - I was impressed by reservation executive "Arin Kurniawan". "The staff was kind and friendly and the overwater bungalow we stayed in was dreamy. You get a perfect view of sunsets over the bay every night. Bathroom including shower was modern and convenient. Restaurant is really high quality and beautiful. Amazing time!"
