"I'd highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a one-stop shop resort type of environment, where you don't have to leave the property while on vacation. I took my mom for her 70th birthday. The first evening, we did the sunset dolphin cruise and saw many beautiful dolphins (already included in the amenities fee). The next day, we did lunch at the seafood restaurant on property, which had excellent prices, food, and service. Later that day, we went to one of the three pools. Each of our two nights, we visited the ice cream shop, also on property. When you stay in a place like the Westin that is a little bit more money per night, plus parking, you're not paying for this huge or amazing room, you're paying for the amenities I described.
All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, apart from two of them. When you first enter this resort, it's hard to tell where you're supposed to park to check in. The elderly gentlemen I encountered was disgusting to me and seemed a bit racist. He was angry I accidentally thought I should park at the building where he was apparently conducting some other activity. There was also one Caucasian bellhop who was a bit aggressive about making sure I could tip him while he was still working, since he wouldn't be working on the day I checked out - even offering to have me Zelle him. 2026 is wild lol.
All in all, if you are thinking about staying here, don't hesitate. Just bring bug spray, as I'm still itching three days later!"
"Very nice small restaurant/bar area which was convenient after a long day. Beautiful hotel.
Kiosk to buy a soda was a bit annoying but they did have drinks and snacks for purchase
Room and bed very comfortable"
"Beautiful after a major delay and missing our flight the hotel was wonderful and generous since the travel insurance purchased from Expedia did not help one bit
I’d highly recommend this resort it was beautiful amazing and so accommodating and luxurious"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bonita Springs Naples N.
10/10 Excellent
"The property was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable at about a 7.5/10. Noise levels were very low. No insects or evidence of any was seen. There are several fast food and local places to eat within a few minutes drive, as well as a Walgreens two minutes and a Walmart about ten minutes away. The area was quiet and seemed to be low crime. A fifties style diner is a thirty second walk from the hotel. The pool was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and had sausage, cheese omelettes, cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, toast, juice, milk, and coffee. Everyone on staff was very helpful (especially those working the breakfast area) and welcoming. Next time I’m in town we will be staying there again."
"Excellent facility, excellent value. The food was surprisingly good and the boat to barefoot beach is irreplaceably amazing. Our best experience in Florida"
