Pan Pacific Singapore
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food and beverage options were great."

YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport
8/10 Good
"This is the 3rd time I've stayed at YotelAir Jewel at Changi. I've always appreciated the convenience of its location to everything and for what I need the transit hotel for, it's very adequate. However, each time I find myself frustrated that the shower stall has no shower curtain or sliding glass partition that can close. The toilet area always gets wet from the shower even if we try to shower in the tight corners using the detachable hose. PLEASE install a shower curtain or closing partition! This would benefit everyone and make the stay even more pleasant, and prevents the floor from getting wet and soaked. The floor towel is there i know, but it gets really wet from each clean up."

Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality
8/10 Good
"The room was great and very relaxing. Apart from the Smart TV casting not working and the ceiling fan being quite noisy, everything else was good. The pool was excellent, and the location was really nice. The biggest let-down, however, was the service experience. Both the check-in and check-out experiences were disappointing, and there was very little sense of guest recognition, particularly given that I was celebrating my birthday at the property. I had also made a few requests in advance regarding additional amenities, as I was staying with my children in a family suite, but unfortunately these were not fulfilled. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has many great elements, but there is a noticeable mismatch between the quality of the property and the human experience provided by the staff. With better attention to service and guest experience, this could have been a much more memorable stay."

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at the hotel. We had an Urban Suite for our stay which was amazing. The only issue we had was for a very large room there was very little storage for unpacked clothes."

Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore

"Good hotel in general to explore Singapore not just Sentosa. But pool not that big if that’s your thing."

Paradox Singapore
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great view of the pool and river from the 5th floor. Our room had 2 Queen beds and was very large, which was much appreciated as my husband and I were travelling with our 19 and 17 year olds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. We really appreciated having a dedicated water bottle filler tap, the nice tea and instant coffee selection and mini fridge in the room. Our kettle was very new and spotlessly clean. The room even had a clothesline, which came in handy for drying swimsuits. Speaking of which, we enjoyed visiting the pool very much. Little touches like the fruit infused ice water in the lobby and evening snacks were also very nice. The hotel is steps away from the Clarke Quay Central mall. There is an LRT station there, which was very convenient. Some of the shops we appreciated were Bread Talk (for bakery items, coffee and iced tea) and Toast Box and Ya Kun Kaya for yummy coffee and Kaya toast breakfasts. In the basement there is a food court with some good options and a Don Don Donki (great for Japanese toiletries, groceries and prepared food items for grab and go!). There is also a Guardian pharmacy and major bank ATMs in the mall. Check in and check out were seamless and communication with the hotel desk prior to our stay when I had a few questions was both prompt and professional. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
