"For the second time staying in the same room we were assigned a room where dogs had been and the smell was very bad. We don’t have dogs and don’t think people without dogs should be assigned these rooms. We will stay elsewhere next time."

"Very clean, friendly staff with absolutely amazing views from the 11th floor! The breakfast was top notch and well organized. Only con I had was seafood at restaurants was frozen not fresh and over fried. Tasted like Gordon’s frozen fish products for market price. Restaurant manager did noticed I picked at my food and gave a discount. So I can’t complain but customer service at all."

"Very nice room, spacious and kitchen space is good. The air conditioning was sometimes too cold and then at night seemed to not turn on enough where it was a bit hot. Not a big issue really"

"The hotel was easy to get to, close to the beach, and the rooms were clean. The elevator was out of order all 4 days were were there. I had booked 2 rooms next to each other. The rooms were split on 2 floors. The refrigerator in the room on the 2nd floor leaked and we had to change rooms, again. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and wash clothes, no room service. There was little to no food out when we went for the free breakfast. Even though there were issues, with the price...

"The toilet leaked before we arrived want fixed. Once towel was bloody & Seemed extra towels was too much. The room was not cleaned the 2nd day of our stay. The door has a gap almost all the way around letting in bugs & sounds. The best feature was the door lock. It worked well."
