"The landscape looks tired and need improvements, and also the interior of the bathroom already looks old and definitely needs renovation. FnB service was pretty bad, we ordered room service then after waited for more than 1.hr they called us and told us that they forgot to process our order and will process later and gave us as complimentary. "Hotel ini adalah hotel yang sangat mewah dengan interior mewah bak layaknya istana. Hotel juga masih sangat baru berdiri tahun 2015. Servis sangat memuaskan, dengan sistem buttler di setiap lantai. Welcome snacks yang sangat unique menaruh hotel ini sekelas diatas Shangrilla... Walaupun pantainya bukanlah yg terbaik namun saya sangat menganjurkan hotel ini bagi orang yang mengutamakan kemewahan dan servis. Karena itulah yang akan anda dapatkan ;)"
