"Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve the issue bc space is tight, but it definitely impacted our ability to relax. I would not go back during prime spring break but shoot for a time when it’s not full. "

" ⸻ The hotel is a small, newly renovated property with beautiful décor and a welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in Room 416, which features two queen-size beds. The beds themselves were comfortable; however, the pillows had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall comfort. The shower experience was inconsistent, with very low water pressure and fluctuating temperatures. At times, the water would turn cold mid-shower, requiring a wait for it to heat up again, which caused delays in our schedule. The balcony is quite limited in space and only suitable for standing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and personable, contributing to a pleasant overall interaction. The beach access and pool area were enjoyable, although they may feel somewhat small on busier days. Dining was a mixed experience. Caretta Caretta restaurant was overpriced relative to the quality of the food, which was disappointing for both myself and my family. The beach food options were satisfactory. However, The Market stood out positively—the caramel cappuccino, lemon cake, and breakfast croissants were all excellent. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not meet expectations. The bathroom floors and toilet were not properly cleaned, and I had to address this myself. Surfaces such as the mirror and counter appeared to have been minimally wiped, and I was uncertain whether the pillowcases had been changed. The lobby area is quite small, and during rainy days, there are limited on-site activities "

"We had to wait for 2 hours to check in. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking day one , contacted the office but it never got fixed. Very nice location, great access to beach, clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind few issues. "

"This is the world class hotel and spa. It’s still new so they’re working on improvements, but it’s a definitely must go to one of the nicest spas people are cool. Beautiful views is very serene."

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view. That said, the room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to get water or ice without going to Reflections or the Marketplace. Staff was incredibly kind, very accommodating. Pool area was beautiful, Patrice kept it very clean and was always with a smile on her face. Gio @ the beach could not have been any nicer! "
