"Hotel was pleasingly good. Well appointed and decorated. We were on the 24th floor with a fantastic sea/city view. Walking to Cavill Ave was about 10 minutes along the beach. Beach was good and had flags for the kids. Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving around the corner was on point for breakfast. Good gym, pool and sauna. Parking underneath for cars. It is in a bit of a construction zone currently, but this didn't bother us at all as we were up early/ish. I'd stay again."

"I was in a lovely apartment, lovely views etc. The problem, which ruined my stay was when the smoke alarm woke me up at 5am..stopped after 5 mins then woke me up again at 530 am. I thought there was a fire so left the building and didn't see guests on the street so I called the after hours number. The alarm in the apartment was so loud it could be heard from the street. Eventually the building manager showed up and I was told that sometimes the smoke alarm gets triggered by humidity etc. Too...
