"Front desk personnel were professional and congenial. Other staff were standoffish; several were so poorly dressed and unkept they appeared homeless. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable except for the traffic noise and poorly maintained windows. Breakfast was good."

"We sat outside in the car for more than 20 minutes, tried to contact the host, before we got a message from them saying we were being "relocated" and to talk to Expedia, who wasn't able to help. All in all, that was an hour of my life I'll never get back, which could have been prevented if the host had taken a minute to let us know ahead of time that the place was no longer available. Plus the backyard was littered with mildewing debris."

Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, serviceable amenities, attentive front staff, quiet at night, and it was nice to park your car behind a gated area. Safer area of Tacoma, will definitely stay again. "

The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. "
