"Right in the centre of town, restaurants, shops, bars. Enter the resort and you’re immediately a million miles away in sand, garden, peace and quiet. Pool right on the beach front, deck chairs on the beach sand. Some light music noise from next doors beach club however slept with a smile every night. 10 out of 10."

"The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful rooms, nice beach, family friendly location, amazing pools and relaxing vibe. Everythings about the hotel has the wow factor. Very friendly and helpful staff! Stayed there for 2 weeks and can't wait to go back."

"Positives: 1) Location is good, next to high end properties. 2) the layout of the hotel is really nice, with lots of greenery, nice lobby and amenities, and spacious rooms. 3) The staff were very helpful and friendly. Responded well to calls and requests. 4) the breakfast is amazing. Lots of high quality items. They have healthy and gluten free options too. Negatives: 1) Whilst Location is good, it has nothing within walkable distance. Others were closer to the shopping areas. You can hear flights over the resort. 2) We were supposed to get 2 single beds for our boys, but got one sofa bed for 2, which wasn't a comfortable one. 3) the AC in the living room wasn't cooling. We had the technicians visiting twice but didn't really fix the issue. 4) the swimming beach is poorly maintained. We hit rocks and sea plants everywhere. No guests could swim. 5) the gym is average. Not a 5* resort standard."

"Exceptional in every way. This resort cannot be faulted. The attention to detail is second to none - there is nothing they have not thought of, to make your stay special. We have stayed in the best resorts all over the world from the Maldives to Dubai to Mexico. The Conrad Koh Samui sits on the shoulders of all others. From our concierge, Bill, whose helpful, attentive and kind nature was the highlight of the trip, to Sanah who welcomed us to breakfast every single day with the broadest smile, to Ae whose kind nature to our son Atti was so special, to the housekeepers Pat and Pa. Every single member of staff was wonderful. And the location is perfect. At the quiet and secluded south tip of the island away from the hustle of the North, but still within easy reach. Will definitely return."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is awesome. The facilities and location are great. I would highly recommend it. The one thing to think about is getting off the property for lunch and dinner. The food available in the restaurants for lunch and for dinner, while tasty, is much higher in price without being better than you can get from any number of restaurants within 30 minutes. It was good, but I would get off campus for more meals if I come back. Everything else was completely top not."

"We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!"
