"Great location with an amazing view of Halong Bay and proximity to sights and shops. We were kindly upgraded to King rooms as we arrived a bit early for check in and those were the only rooms available. Folks who worked there are friendly and helpful and we recommend this hotel for those looking to visit Halong area!"

"Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped. In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen. Forgot to take pics of the room. "

"The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff. Most important to me was that it was what it appears to be on the listing....
