"Basic, clean accommodation, a 13 minute drive from Waitimo caves, but in Te Kuiti so close to restaurants and shops. One cafe is right opposite the accommodation."

"We had a late check in and the instructions for gate and lock box were clear and easy to deal with when travel tied.
The one bedroom apartment was lovely and clean and perfect for my family. Reasonable price and handy to get to the airport. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

"Stated for a girls staycation, loved the location. Nearby a fave cafe, Italian food truck (highly recommend), and the new Goldies bar. Right on the beach.
The room we chose gave very much beachy vibes and was appropriate for 2.
Only let down was we booked a spa/ hot tub room, but the spa turned out to be a jetted bath. Not really appreciate for friends to share. Otherwise a great stay and would be happy to go back."

"The unit was clean and spacious, well stocked and had a private hot tub outside which was lovely to relax in after an adventurous day. The larger geothermal pool was also a treat but not easy to get in or out for those who have low mobility. The owner was very approachable and helpful. Plenty of car parks but a little tricky backing out of some spaces. Enjoyed our stay."

"Quiet and relaxing in a area within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
We are frequent visitors to Paihia so will stay again next time we visit.
The only comment i would make is the TV reception wasn’t great and no SKY TV. But this hardly spoils your enjoyment.
