"Property was clean inside room. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. Toad noise during day but quiet at night. Lake view was basically non existent. You could see a tiny peak at the water between the bldgs in front of us. Was disappointed in lack of view. "Very pleasant check in and the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable so great to sit and enjoy it. Good kitchen area and fridge with milk was a nice touch. Easy 20 min walk into town. Would definitely book again. Thank you."

"I enjoy staying here. Good value for money. Comfortable. Instructions to enter the property after hours was simple and getting the keys. We use this property often when overnighting in Auckland. It also come with a kitchen and small dining table. The only thing we didn’t have was a tea towel for the room to dry dishes or counter top."

"All fine"

"Access to Manuel's bar and Cafe. The hot pool and the lakeside views. Comfortable large accomodation."

"Awesome room and staff booked the room on short notice. Staff was very accommodating and obviously take pride in the hotel and keeping it clean. Would definitely book again"

"Beautiful location with access directly to the path around the lake. A great place to eat wiht a view of the lake only steps away. Quiet. Staff helped us with rooms all next to each other (3 rooms) and on the bottom floor a we were a group of 65 yr. olds. Only 1 washer/dryer on site that we could see. It would be nice if staff explained use and if there were special hours or access for the washer/dryer. Loved the kitchen area and the warmer towel rack in the bathroom was great."

"Great experience and wonderful beach view"

"Lovely and spacious and comfortable room with a great view of the lake. Right near many restaurants. Lovely staff!"
