"The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel offers to store your luggage if your flight is alot later than check out time. This was very handy for us as our flight was later in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. Small, but I knew that when booking. The lobby has a community room with tables and seating, a microwave, dishware, a coffee machine, a filtered water machine and vending machines."

"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. "The hotel staff was exceptional. The bed was probably the most comfortable during my 3.5 week stay in NZ! We were very lucky and had a room on the 23rd floor (corner room) with an amazing view of the harbor. The room was quite, clean and super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!"
