"What a fantastic Hotel. My King Size room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view. Just 3 min. from the cruise ship, restaurants, and enterainment. We even got a free bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate, free nice breakfast. Plus a couple of free drinks. Bed was super comfy, large shower (no bathtub), and even free extra hour (12:00) for departure. "

"We stayed 2 nights after our cruise. We didn't take any taxi and just went by foot from the cruise ship terminal. Personal is very polite and helpful. They alowed to keep our luggage at our first day as cruise ship arrived at 7 am. We also left our luggage at our third day for the whole day before our late night flight. Hotel location is great. There a lot of cafes and resterants around. The area is safe and close to Princess Wharf with ferries, Viaduct Harbour, Art Museum, Sky Tower."

"The gym was great. Not being acknowledged while watching 3 staff talk amongst themselves shifted my first impressions to zero care for my presence. I found my grounding and tried again. Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk. No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew. I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people. This...

"Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay! "
