"Get better beds out was lop sided and one bed was higher than the other for our king bed there was a lot of noise from other people staying there and was very uncomfortable seemed haunted"

"The room was clean and having laundry facilities was great. As for the breakfast it wasn’t great. The hot food.. was cold. The warmers didn’t work well. The scrambled eggs were so runny and wet I ate them once and being vegetarian there wasn’t much to offer for a protein."

"Stayed a dozen times now but this time was a doozie. Following booking I sent a note requesting a car park, team noted its first come first served, I noted it being critical. I arrived only to be told the valet and park service was not available so had to take the risk of parking on the street. I was then given the wrong room and key card which luckily the incorrect room had a “do not disturb” sign on the door to prevent that awkward situation.
