"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉"

"Everything about the hotel was good except having to pay $100 a day bond on arrival. I was told on checking out I could have paid $200 in cash or used a debit card instead of the $600 they took. I did use a debit card but didn’t have time to argue. I was told money would be returned within 14 days. Funny that they take it immediately but can’t put it back immediately"

"The location for our short trip was prefect. The staff was so helpful and kind. The free breakfast was amazing. We also loved the amenities in the room, the free coffee maker, included milk in the fridge, free waters, and free laundry was so helpful. The restaurant was really nice too. I look forward to trying a new M Social hotel in the future."

"The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all. The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value. Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms."

"Excellent harbour side location. Quieter side of the viaduct which is nice. We stayed on the weekend so lots of off street over night parking which was a nice saving. The front desk staff were always lovely and helpful. Lead in rooms are quite compact but ok for a short staycation. Beds and pillows super comfotable. Nice and close to ASB waterfront theatre, handy woolworths metro supermarket just around the corner."

"The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv.
