"Great stay for 3 days. Staff extremely pleasant, nice and accommodating. Located within Auckland Central Business District. Easy walking to major attractions within downtown Auckland. Extra bonus and accolades to front reception desk staff. Our flight from Canada arrived at 05:15 Auckland time. Arrived to hotel thinking we would have to wait to check in around 15:00, staff worked their magic and found a room to check in immediately (hotel was fully booked) which was quiet, away from crowds,...

"Stayed two nights at this property and felt so spoiled. When booked a room that overlooked a nautical geothermal area and it was so cool to see that from the bedroom window!! Staff was f’very friendly and nice. The pool was amazing! Super warm geo thermally heated outdoor pool it was the best part of the hotel stay and we were in it as much as possible. Facility is clean, room was nice and well kept. Bed was comfortable. They have complimentary tea and espresso in the room as well , definitely...

"Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich, die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Parken war im Parkhaus um die Ecke kostenfrei möglich und über einen Ausgang war man sehr schnell im Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann sehr gut zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Das Frühstück gab es in einem dazugehörigen Restaurant (mit anderem Namen). Es war für neuseeländische Verhältnisse vielseitig und voll ok. Es gab etwas Käse, Müsli, viele verschiedene Müslizutaten, frisches Obst, Süßes, etc."
