"Wow! This place is awesome. From the warm welcome to the funky style, to the very comfortable room plus the downstairs bar, this place is where it’s at! The location is near all kinds of delicious restaurants and near the water. I cannot say enough about this place and if we ever return to Auckland, we are staying here. "The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all. The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value. Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms."

From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv.
