Our room opened up directly onto the path right alongside the lake… With beautiful views! We also loved the proximity to the town, breakfast buffet, and the grotto. It was also nice to have the small gym.

The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were all friendly and polite. There was an issue when housekeeping entered our room with the privacy sign on the door. Outside of that issue the stay was wonderful

Service at the bar was quite slow, especially for the drinks we ordered. We did not mind the music playing at night, but the banging from the service area as well as the music playing again from 7am on a Saturday morning was not ideal. Location and view of the lake is stunning and bed was comfy.

The pool was lovely and relaxing. The only problem this place has is the parking. We had to park at the other end of the property. There was only one mobility parking space for a property of this size and it was not an easy place to park in.

Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!
