"Though the staff was friendly, they were not able to provide any usefully information in regards to when the broken items would be repaired.
Only 1 elevator was working, it was not posted that only 1 of the 3 elevators was working and non of the staff acted like there new anything about repairs or why it was down. The A/C was out in the VIP lounge making it unable and again no one knew why or when it would be fixed. The A/C in general was unable to keep the room at a cool temp and it was 90+...
