"La propiedad estaba bien cuidada y limpia todas sus áreas el personal muy amable y atento tiene la playa Venice Beach al frente no se pudo acceder estaba en reparación no fuimos a siesta key 30 minutos en auto y el desayuno de la propiedad muy poca variedad"

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

"Stayed for one night in July booked last minute through Expedia check in was Seamless. Front desk was very nice. I asked the price and it’s the same as Expedia minus the fees but because I had a credit with Expedia, it was cheaper that way. Check in with Seamless the room was clean. Everything was well maintained. The property was kept very clean. Every request was met with a smile. The breakfast buffet was refilled all the way until 915 even though it closes at 9:30. "We didn't use them, but there were coffee pods, microwaves and refridgerators in the room. And a wonderful continental breakfast buffet until maybe 9 or 9:30am. Parking was easy (though my GPS originally took me to the hotel next door). Everything was clean and amazing!"
