"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

"The room was clean but it needed some updating. The day receptionist was nice, just a little on the rough side but the evening one…we couldn’t understand a single word of what he was saying. It was like if the light was on but there was nobody there. He told us the pool was going to be closed at sunset so we couldn’t even use it since we arrived back later. Breakfast choices, meh! I rather eat something less processed than what was available. It was ok just for one night."

"The water in the shower didn’t have enough pressure and we had to call maintenance for assistance due to the shower being defective and the tub was clogged. The room and the hotel looked old in appearance like it hasn’t been renovated in a long while. We didn’t use the pool but it was very small. Breakfast was okay. I think the price is fair for what you get. The staff was attentive tho."
