"La propiedad estaba bien cuidada y limpia todas sus áreas el personal muy amable y atento tiene la playa Venice Beach al frente no se pudo acceder estaba en reparación no fuimos a siesta key 30 minutos en auto y el desayuno de la propiedad muy poca variedad"

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

"We left early morning on the 4th of July and returned at about 10:45 to find our door left opened with the dead bolt. I assume the cleaning person left it opened and forgot to return. The place was packed for the holiday when we told the front desk our room and all our belongs were left unsecured all day all we got was a sorry. We are a family of four as per our reservation and we never got more than three sets of towels even after asking the front desk twice to let the cleaning g staff know we...

"We didn't use them, but there were coffee pods, microwaves and refridgerators in the room. And a wonderful continental breakfast buffet until maybe 9 or 9:30am. Parking was easy (though my GPS originally took me to the hotel next door). Everything was clean and amazing!"
