There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. "Room was very clean, great view of Ocean Hwy where the cars were cruising. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Look forward to staying here again."

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...

"The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The staff was great. There were nice attractions nearby and lots to walk to. The climate control wasn’t working but the provided plug in electric room unit kept us warm when the temp dropped. The bathroom sink was made for a tall faucet but only had a short one so washing hands was a big chore. I’d definitely stay there again though"
