"Clean room ,easy check in. However they did not honor free breakfast included with expedia booking, saying that it has to be purchased separately. Misleading as I booked the hotel because of breakfast included option as I prefer easy mornings."

"Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents ."

"Epic breakfast buffet! Surprising only that there was no S Indian coffee offered in the breakfast. A measure of the western client focus? Rooms were great and nice views of the city and backwaters. Very helpful staff."

The pool area needs some upgrades and the poolside service took a long time for drinks. The mattress in the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff did a good job cleaning the room everyday. Thanks"

My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again."
