Il y avait un tas de neige dans l’espace de stationnement faisant en sorte que je ne pouvais même pas me stationner correctement. "

"There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. "
