"I stayed at this small hotel for one night. Unfortunately, there was a gathering in the room directly above mine that continued late into the night. I was told that one of the owners was among the group. At around 1:50 a.m., I had to knock on their door and ask them to keep the noise down. They apologized and gradually quieted down by about 2:30 a.m., but by then I had already lost most of the night's sleep and had difficulty falling back asleep. The next morning, starting around 7:30 a.m.,...

"Our unit was very large and well equipped. Breakfast was ready for us in the morning outside of our door. Delicious French pastries and fruit. The location is above a busy pub, so there is some cooking oil smell, but the AC helped."

"Karen was a wonderful host! Even though I only stayed for one night, I found the property to be beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!"

"Great location. Did not see anyone from the property the whole time. Not welcoming. Had a hard time getting in the property, confusing instructions. Breakfast was just continental, left at your door. "

"Newton Villa is a nice small hotel-almost like a B&B, though there is no staff living in the house at night (it only has 10 rooms and one suite). It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has lovely grounds, which are under renovations to improve them even further. The house is clean and comfortable. The backyard pool and covered patio are enjoyable to use, and the breakfast is extensive and generous for such a small place. This was our second stay and we will certainly return again!"

"A decent inn in Kingston. The staff were helpful and the room was of a certain age with some decor to make it seem “hip”. We never figured out the heating/cooling and were quite chilly every moment we were in the room which, other than sleeping was very little. My overarching comment would be that it was quite expensive for what it is but that is probably in keeping with the Kingston market in July."

"Stayed here for a night while visiting Niagara Falls, and would have stayed longer if we could. The building is absolutely beautiful and the room was an unexpected surprise, it had grand elegance Bridgerton feel, while at the same time, made you feel at home. Breakfast was exquisite and every staff member was so kind and friendly. Our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was 10/10. We will absolutely stay here again."
