"The property as a whole is definitely old and showing signs of that, could use some TLC. The first floor smelled like stale smoke but the upper floor did not. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The bathroom was ok but clean. The breakfast was amazing they serve pancakes, eggs and sausage, also they had pastry’s and drinks. There is a room upstairs with a fridge and some drink so it was nice. Overall very good experience besides for a few thing I would change."

"We had a very enjoyable weekend stay at Matisse B & B while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake. There were 3 rooms available and the one we were in was very clean and comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom. The B & B had most items a regular hotel would offer and at an affordable price. Our host John was very easy to get in touch with by text/phone call. Matisse was about 3/4 of a mile walk to the main attractions on Queen Street. "Anna's B&B was a great place for our two-day visit to Niagara Falls. Check in was a breeze, done over the phone. The whole place was immaculate and our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Breakfast was served from 8:30 to 9:30 each morning and was healthy and delicious. Rosanna, the cook, and her husband treated my wife and me like royalty. It is about a 10 minute walk along Dunn Street to the Niagara Falls viewpoints. When we arrived we were greeted with yellow...

"AMAZING. We loved our stay here the check in was very eat and so close to everything we wanted to see and go to. We walked everywhere! Room had everything and more you could imagine including wine glasses, bottle opener, mini fridge etc… and breakfast had an awesome selection that came right to our door. Highly highly recommend!!"
