"Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and welcoming however the thermostat is set too low for such a cold area. We were freezing for most of the night!"

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming.
A special thank-you to the concierge team, especially Sam and Sal, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations and arrangements. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay.

"Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "
