"The hotel succeeds in creating a quiet space, which is the most important thing. The view from the window is iconic, in its own way. There are some design misconceptions: a wet room is installed without floor gradient, slippers or squeegee. The blinds don't fully obscure the decorative purple lights by the window which for some reason remain on. To keep the rooms soundproof - presumably - there is no option to open the window, however the minimum ambient temperature the air conditioning attains...

"Large bathrooms; clean and new rooms. Not a lot of storage space for clothes ( 3 hangers). Sound proofing is good; onsite restaurant is decently priced. No small fridge. Mattresses are uber hard and it’s kinda hard to see hotel signs from the road. Value for money is excellent"

"My stay was perfect, the room was clean, comfortable and little touches like a coffee machine, complementary water in the fridge was great. The shower, a walk in was amazing. Had evening dinner the food was delicious and service quick and lovely staff serving. The English breakfast was filing and perfectly cooked. We were there for a funeral, and the hotel was hosting the wake, very happy with the hospitality of the staff. Plenty of parking, would love to return. Well done everyone"

"Good location for Gatwick airport with easy parking. The IT was misbehaving at check-in so it took longer than liked but the staff were very apologetic. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was good. However, the choice was limited. Similarly with breakfast."
