"The location of the Norfolk Arms in Arundel is great. Coffee shops, restaurants and the castle itself are all a short walk away. However, I can see that the rooms could get stuffy in the summer as the windows only open about 6 inches and there is noise as guests come and go from the rooms in the courtyard building. The simple reason why I would not stay here again; the bed pillows are the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. They were hard and flat with minimal filling. I placed a sweater inside one of the pillow covers to use that night as no amount of fluffing did anything for what they provided."

"Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Staff were great and friendly, even though we had a slight issue with using the web site offerings drinks."

If I could make one suggestion it would be to put something on the front door to block out the bright morning light( we used towels on the windows) ."

"This is a real castle, though the part that's occupied is not nearly as old as the original part, and it's been made into a luxurious hotel. There aren't many rooms, so it's quiet. The five-course dinner was one of the best meals we've ever enjoyed, and it was served expertly. Unfortunately we had to leave too early to partake of their breakfast, which was bound to be superb."

"The hotel was ideal for visiting Arundel walking distance to castle and visiting area.Lots of walking amenities and places to eat and drink.Breakfast was good lots of parking we had a great time here and everyone was very helpful and friendly.Would stay again."
