"What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. But the room, the room, oh wow, we absolutely loved it. The layout is super smart, it had full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and a lush bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, to the point that I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. We will absolutely, 100%, stay here any time we are in...

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"Location of the hotel is really good, short walk to a metro station and you can travel straight from the airport to the local station which is really handy. All the hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Whenever we sat in the lobby water and glasses were brought over within minutes. They have a free happy hour drink for hotel guests every evening between 5-6pm, which is really cute. The bed was super comfy and me and my partner slept very well every night. "The grande Joanne is in a fantastic location only a couple of minutes walk from the central train station Very welcoming staff and our room was ready before time We had a superior room which worked well for us , comfy bed and great shower. There were a few signs that the room needed a deeper cleaner marks on carpets and the sofa at the end of the bed , however we would still highly recommend "

"Zéér centraal gelegen hotel, kortbij de shopping area en de vele bezienswaardigheden. Ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid, supervers en heel lekker! Onze kamers waren heel proper en aan de achterkant gelegen, je kon probleemloos met een open raam slapen en geen enkel last van buitengeluiden! Een dikke aanrader dit hotel!! Zeer tevreden met ons verblijf!"
