"Hotel was nice to allow early check in at 2pm when the room was ready. Clean room with strong air con. It is located near to Changi Village Hawker Centre where there are many food choices and also restaurants at Changi Beach. However, the towels provided were shedding lint on the last day of our trip."

"Pros: The room was huge & I had lovely views of the sea. The reception staff were also excellent & helpful. They left me a complimentary gift on my 2nd stay. Thank you💐 Cons: The bathroom was a bit dated & lighting in the bathroom was too dim. No tissues or bottled water were provided so BYO. There’s no public transportation nearby, so you have to take taxis."

"I can only speak for the dorm rooms but the mattresses, if you can call them that, are atrociously thin and you basically feel like you're sleeping on wood. I've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst sleep I've had in a hostel. Also, the plug outlet for my room wasn't working, and though the front desk was informed multiple times and they said they'd send someone up to fix it, they never did. They offered to have me change beds but moving all of my stuff was more of an inconvenience than what it.was worth. If the staff say they're going to do something than do it. "
