Food was very good, lots of choices at the buffets Staff was very friendly Rooms need a little bit updating, but nothing too major Didn’t like the big push to upgrade when we checked in. We said no thanks but the pitch continued Beach was very clean. No seaweed Entertainment at night was boring at Aquamarine with the same live music

The resort is beautiful, well maintained and spotless. Spectacular beach. The food and the service in the à la carte restaurants we went to was excellent. My only criticism is that when you arrive there is no information given about the free activities that are advertised, such as snorkelling. The first time I inquired, the person I asked, didn’t know anything about it. The second time I asked at guest services and we were told to go down the beach and we would find it. We went to the location and were told we had to pay $70 US each. Maybe wrong location? I don’t know. The other issue you need to be aware of is that if you have requested two beds, they can’t guarantee it. We had to wait three days before we could have a room with two beds. Otherwise it was a wonderful vacation.

The all inclusive feature regarding food and beverages was excellent! The staff kept the room and grounds clean. The good rating on the room is because the bed was hard making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We constantly had to ask for washcloths and was told "later" later was always in an excess of 3 hours time or not at all. One very annoying occurrence was staff members in the lobby continuously asking us to sign up for a "rewards tour" which really was a 90 minute timeshare presented as a way to obtain an amenity.

This was our second time at this property and both times have been fun, wonderful and great! Food, service and entertainment on point! Lots to do and see, rooms clean, spacious and bed/pillows very comfortable! I had two issues 1. power outlets were lacking for all our devices-recommend traveling with a power wand so you plug in 2. Was our bathrooms, (both times) the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and you got either really cold or really hot water coming out of the faucets and shower. The shower fixtures were old and corrosive, water pressure wasn’t the best, hope that new owners, Hyatt Inc, fix these. Over all really enjoyed this property and will book again

Clean roosma, great staff. Casino was smaller but table mins were nice at 5 bucks. I actually won $3,600 usd our last night at the casino. Its open 3pm to 3am. We got a cab and visited the fammed Hard Rock casino and its nice and big but in the end we preferred our Bahia Casino overall! Better payouts on features etc.

Very nice experience, clean and a very responsive and helpful staff. Food was above average, and well maintained buffets.

Overall, very nice can tell it’s older construction, and was a little under a half mile from the beach, but had plenty of transportation to and from.

Hotel is nice, food is excellent but not always available clean beach towels. Difficult to find place on the beach because people leave beach towels and did not even show up and personal do nothing about it. Buffet is great. But restaurants not really. In restaurants you have to pay for wine. If you want to see show, you have to book it , otherwise you can’t go!

Property was well maintained. Pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs but it lacked umbrellas unfortunately. If you weren’t up by 7 or 7:30 am you would not get a shade umbrella for the day. The same goes for the beach. We went to the beach later in the morning and were able to find two chairs however no palapas available by that time of day. We brought our own travel beach umbrella which worked great for us. (Amazon) I would highly recommend it. We booked a poolside room and were located in building 80 and the music and entertainment in the evening is very loud so if you are an early to bed kind of person I would suggest not booking a poolside room. The music plays very loudly until 10:45 or 11 pm each night and can be heard clearly inside the rooms. After 11 the resort is pretty quiet. Food at the À la carte restaurants was very good, the buffets were ok but nothing special in our opinion. I suggest making reservations when your reservation window opens up 10 days out. Rooms were cleaned and fridge beverages/water refreshed daily by the very friendly staff. Remember to tip the loverly people that make your stay great. All in all a wonderful vacation.
