The resort was amazing!! I definitely go back. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure you had a good time. The food was also really good especially the Buffett. Usually the buffets are mediocre but we didn’t find one thing we didn’t like. All of the amenities and pools were very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Everything felt premium. We had room with swim up pool and we enjoyed everything. Stuff is very friendly and attentive. Seafood was delicious everywhere. I feel like there were not that many options for breakfast, but otherwise the food was really good, and each restaurant has different options, so through the entire week it didn't seem like we got sick of the same food.

Great place to go for the money! Had to plan something last minute and it was a great decision! One of the nicest places I have stayed and I have traveled to over 40 states. The only thing was the food was very average. If you stay to these restaurants, Dommo, Surf and Turf, Shoji, and las dunas for lunch you will be very happy!

This trip was our 5th year in a row we spent our wedding anniversary @ the Finest. The staff is like family to us, they remember us from year to year. We have met other couples that return each year as well. If you are looking for a resort you can party at this is the wrong place. If you are looking for relaxation or a great time for kids this is your resort.

My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at the Excellence Club @ the Finest Resort in Punta Cana (the adults only section). From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered like VIP's. The staff were so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was immaculate, modern, and super comfortable. Our private pool in our room felt like one of the biggest we've seen at a resort (probably 16 by 16). The food was fantastic and we tried almost all of the restaurants during our stay. The beach was beautiful and there was no shortage of activities throughout the day and night. We didn't utilize the spa, but it looked lovely. This was our first trip to Punta Cana, D.R. and our first stay at an Excellence resort, and we were not disappointed. We will defenitely return. Bravo Excellence!

We have stayed at all Excellence properties, so we were excited to try a Finest property. We stayed in the Excellence Club which is adults only. The experience was a 10/10! We started each day with a beach bed set up by Algenis. He is the best! Always a smile and so friendly! He spoiled us our last day with champagne and sand art! Gilberto was a top notch waiter at breakfast and dinner at Brass. Rony was the best bartender in the club bar. Be sure to get his special espresso martini! The staff was friendly and always greeted you with a friendly hello. We will definitely return!

The room was clean and view was great. Staff was so friendly. Pool was beautiful. The only complaint is they messed up 2 of our dinner reservations but were able to fix it for us. In house arrival transfer was pretty good but the departure one was not as great.

The property was extremely large and quiet. There were no evening activities on the adult size. It would have been nice to have some evening events for the adults a couple of nights. Many of the restaurants were closed or only open a day or 2. I understand there may not be the demand for opening every night, however it would have been nice to have them open a couple times per week. The staff was great.

This has been one of the best all inclusive resorts I have been to . Perfect for solo travelers.Restaurants like 5stars. & best Room service I’ve had at any resort at all times of day and night. They had someone come to my room and sing me happy birthday with a complimentary cake and put roses on my bed . They always made sure they had what I needed without me asking ! You didn’t even need to bring towels to the pool or beach. I really loved it here . One thing i regret is not carry a few dollars to tip , the people at the pool and entertainers

Property was very small yet nice however really lack of good communication.staff are not really friendly nor trained , Food is really not that good. It looks good, but didn’t taste right. spa service is good but very pricey we were interested in wine tasting however we couldn’t get anyone to book it for us while we’re looking into more details. Also felt the price as a little bit too much. We got a wine sommelier to help us pick up the wine at dinner. He was good but again the wine price is really over the top for what they offer. There is a sweet coffee. Dessert shop looks good but everything tasted a bit off. I don’t wanna be a review Karen however I really don’t think I’m the only one that felt this way about the resort.

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful resort, where the friendly staff went above and beyond to decorate my room for my birthday! It truly made my stay special. Just a heads-up: the resort is about an hour’s drive away, so plan accordingly. While the atmosphere is relaxing and ideal for fun, the food options could use some improvement compared to the local market and restaurants. Definitely consider booking excursions to make the most of your stay, and don’t miss out on the endless drinks available. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some adventures!
