"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

"Vi bodde i en kjempefin villa med eget svømmebasseng. Mulighet til å bestille måltider levert til villa uten ekstra kostnad. Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. Oppvask og matrester etter måltider ble ikke hentet og tiltrakk seg maur og fugler. Tungvindt å måtte ringe for å be om at dette ble hentet. I tillegg burde badet vært lukket med vindu. "We stayed there more than 2 weeks amd loved it so much. The place is so quiet and relaxing and perfect for family with kids. The whole vibes of the villa is very balinese. The staff are kind and responding quickly to our needs. The room is very spacious and we love it has big wardrobe which is good for long stay guests. Also their kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and when you need something else, the staff provided it so fast. Overall our stay in Prayatna is memorable. We could...
