"Very nice hotel would have given 5 stars but had valet parking charges on my account upon check out and we used self park and they said they would check into and resolve and they still tried charging for one night so I had to go back and talk to them again which made for a very frustrating check out experience."

"Our stay was great! The room was clean, breakfast was included, and I loved that the hotel was next to bus stops (easy to get other places). Another plus—the water fountains that we used to fill up our water bottles. I will definitely be coming back!!"

"Location about ) miles from Times Square. Easy to get to by the subway. I would start my bike journey every morning from this neighborhood and explore the many areas of Manhattan many people may not see. Bike ride included a beautiful ride along the Hudson River. Staff was fantastic. The neighborhood was very lively and colorful. Room was very comfortable as a solo traveler. Nice restaurant connected to the hotel. Happy I took a chance on this location this time- normally stay in Times Square but thought I try something completely different."

"The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer upon check-in. The hotel lobby and grounds were beautiful, and the restaurant's outdoor patio was quite inviting. My only complaint was that the room doors banged so hard, the guests coming and going in the hallway were a bit disturbing."
